Refund & Cancellation Policy
We keep this simple: cancel anytime and get a full refund on demand—no questions asked.
How to Cancel
- Self‑serve (coming soon): You’ll be able to manage or cancel instantly via our billing portal.
- Right now: Email hugo@taijitu.ai with subject “Cancel Subscription.” We’ll confirm and process it immediately.
Refunds
- Full refund on demand: Request a refund for any subscription charge at any time. We honor it—no questions asked.
- Speed: We initiate refunds immediately upon request. Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the funds back.
- Method: Refunds go to the original payment method used for the charge.
- No penalties or fees: We do not charge cancellation or refund fees.
Effective Date and Access
- When you cancel: We’ll stop future billing immediately. You can choose to keep access through the end of your current period or end access right away.
- If you request a refund: We’ll refund the full amount of the charge you specify and cancel future renewals.
